Responsibilities:
---Greeting guests and introducing Forklift training service
---Making license and certificate
---Keeping front office and conference rooms clean and organized
---Communicating and coordinating with various customers (personal and company)
---Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
---1+years' experience working in an office environment
---Experience working with MS ofice
---Receptionist experience is a plus
---Working hour：Mon-Fri 9:30-5:30
---Impeccable attendance and punctuality
---Speaking good languages (English and Mandarin)
