想咨询下，如果我的一批蓝牙音箱打了蓝牙标志，在我国这边出口报关会不会有问题？ 我问过客人，他们国家没影响，客人反问我国有没有问题？ 我们的产品一般做买单的，买单上的音箱品名一般都写单喇叭音箱。评论
买单一样要正常申报，蓝牙标志在知识产权是有备案的，你没有经过商标权利人的认可私自打下去就属于侵权。

国外对侵权这块看的蛮重，最好先申请。

如果从有蓝牙认证的厂家购买蓝牙产品，不改动模块，且外包装没出现你们信息，那么不需要授权，可以正常出。如果有改动模块，或者外包装盒有显示你们的公司名，那么你们也要做蓝牙认证，才可以的。

1.) Do we need to send the Power Bank with Bluetooth speaker for BQB Testing again?
Ans: We no longer use the term BQB. I assume Factory B is referring to completing Qualification and Declaration process. Since Factory B is selling the Bluetooth speaker, they would have completed the declaration process and would have a declaration ID. I am assuming you are also not modifying the Bluetooth speaker or the parts, then if you choose to resell Factory B Bluetooth speaker as-is (keeping Factory B's name on the package), you do not need to do anything. But if you are planning to put your company name/logo on it to represent as your company selling it, then you'll need to go through declaration process, you could read more here:

2.) Factory B have rights to use Bluetooth logo on their power bank or not?
Ans: As mentioned above, since Factory B is selling the Bluetooth speaker, they would have completed the declaration process and would have a declaration ID. That would grant them the right to use the Bluetooth logo on this product.
3.) Do we need to get a authorization letter from you, and show it to our customs for import/export clearance?
Ans: Also mentioned in 1), if you choose to resell Factory B Bluetooth speaker as-is (keeping Factory B's name on the package), you do not need to do anything. But if you are planning to put your company name/logo on it to represent as your company selling it, then you'll need to go through declaration process and obtain the declaration ID. All qualified and declared products info are online and customs could verify those info real time online. You do not need authorization letter.
