Please be informed you that TH customs have issued the CUSTOMS ACT, B.E.2017 since May 14, and effective Nov 14, 2017 as below details.Enacted by the king, as follows:-
1. This Act is called the “Customs Act, B.E.20560(2017)”
2. This Act shall be enforced after 180days from announcement ( effective: Nov 14,2017)
In the case of the importer and Exporters of all mode (FCL, LCL, AIR) do not issue a mark on package and on the shipping documents.
Shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Baht.

Please kindly be advised the new edition for Customs Act, B.E. 2560 (2017) and it shall come into force one hundred eighty days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
There is some section of this Act which concern for Exporter who export the cargo to Thailand.
Refer to Chapter 3 “Importation and Exportation”
Under section 59 “All cases or packages containing goods shall bear marks and numbers and such marks and numbers shall be shown on all documents relating to such goods.”
And refer to Chapter 9 “Legal Proceedings”Under section 211 “Any person who commits an offence under this Act and no other penalty for such offence is provided by this Act or any other law, such person shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Bath.”
