我做了一份合同给俄罗斯客户，然后她加了好几点回传给我，我列了其中几点，请问这个条目对我方是不是很不利啊？？她还问我有没有异议。
10.For failure of terms of delivery and failure to supply Goods, the Seller shall pay the Buyer a penalty of 0.1% of the undelivered in time, for each day of delay.
11.Acceptance of Goods in quantity, quality (except for latent defects) and range is made by the Buyer not later than 5 (five) working days from the date of receiving the Goods.
12.In case of discrepancy of the Goods by quantity/range – Buyer in his discretion may require the Seller supply\replacement of non-conforming quantity/range of products. Additional delivery or replacement of the goods takes place within the agreed with both sides time terms, at the expense of the Seller.
13.In case of detection of non-conformity in quality – the Buyer of his choice shall be entitled to require the Seller to replace the non-conforming quality of the Goods or refund paid for the Goods amount. Replacement of Goods is made by the Seller in the agreed upon time frame at the expense of the Seller, the refund is made by the Seller not later than 5 (five) working days from the date of receiving of the request.

个人觉得这种non conforming quantity是不是很主观啊？有没有什么标准来界定，不然这条款全是一言不合就退款补货的
