All documentary credits issued under or pursuant to this Application for Documentary Credit including, without limitation, all drawings thereunder and all drafts or notes issued pursuant thereto shall be subject to the terms of the Trade Finance General Agreement signed by the Applicant (as itmay be amended from time to time) which terms are hereby incorporated by reference.评论

是开证申请书里的conditions，才做信用证，很多不懂，多多指教。

开证申请书只要看个大概 主要是看他们开出来的信用证 那时候不要出现软条款 你们做不到的文件要求或者数量要求等 就可以了
