合同条款如下----------------------------------------------------------------------------TERMS OF PAYMENT
- 30% advance payment, and shall be signed in the contract within 15 working days the buyer to the seller. (I) the buyer after receiving the 30% advance payment guarantee, letter of guarantee is valid for equipment delivery date. (ii) the buyer upon receipt of 10% performance guarantee contract, letter of guarantee is valid for equipment delivery to the site 24 months.
买方在以下条件完成时于15个工作日内支付30%预付款给卖方： 1）买方收到30%预付款保函后，信用保证书有效期至设备交货日；2）买方收到10%的履约保函后，信用保证书有效期至设备交付至现场后24个月。
- 60% payment for goods, three months the seller provides all the contract requirements of CE certification, material performance test report, signed by both buyer and seller performance test certificate, regulators according to the requirements of the contract between the seller and the buyer technical parameter testing equipment of the payment after finish the report. 60%货款，在卖方提供所有合同要求的CE认证、材料性能测试报告、双方签署的性能测试证书、调试人员根据合同要求进行技术参数测试完成报告之后三个月支付。如果在预付款支付后，卖方没有依照合同要求进行生产和发运，买方有权将预付款保函转现。
- 10% the remaining of the payment for goods in provide the following documents within a month of payment: (1) the seller provide the shipping documents, in Shanghai to accept the goods by the buyer to confirm, and the buyer to provide according to the attachment 3 payment voucher; (ii) the buyer and the seller regulators at the scene of provisional acceptance of the completed certificate, and all the final engineering drawings and documents including the seller's completion figure is accepted by the buyer to pay the money.
10%余款在提供以下文件1个月内支付：1）卖方提供货运单据、买方在上海港接受货物证明，和买方提供的按附件3形式的支付凭证；2）现场买卖双方完成临时验收证书，最终工程图纸和文件包括竣工图。
