8、争议管辖：合同在履行过程中发生的纠纷由双方协商解决；若协商不成的，双方同意向甲方所在地人民法院起诉。
9、本合同一式三份，甲方持两份，乙方持一份，经双方代表签字并加盖公章后生效。

B have to check the medicine when collecting goods, if found the goods have been damaged or missing, B have to advise it to the transporter and get confirmation, then mark the record on the goods transportation document. And B should advise it to help A asking for the compensation from the transporter; If B did not mark any record about goods damage/missing on the transportation document, or B did not advise this information to A, all the responsibility of goods damage/missing should be taken by B. And also, all the responsibilities of goods should be taken by B if goods were collected by B self.
6、乙方在收货后3日内，将加盖入库章的货品验收单返还给甲方业务员。
After 3 days collecting the goods, B should return the goods inspection document back to A’s sales, and there should be with the stamp of “In Storage” on the inspection documents.
7、违约责任：乙方如未按本合同约定的时间支付货款，乙方自违约之日起每日向甲方支付本合同逾期货款金额3%的违约金。
Liability for breach contract: If B can not pay in time according to the date fixed on contract, B should pay 3% extra of total amount every one day after the fixed date as the penalty.
8、争议管辖：合同在履行过程中发生的纠纷由双方协商解决；若协商不成的，双方同意向甲方所在地人民法院起诉。
Controversy jurisdiction: All the deputes happened during the contract was being processed should be settled by two side by consulting way; If it can not be settled by consulting way, the sue should be applied at The Peoples’ Court belong to A’s locality, and the sue must be under the agreement of both sides.

The contract is with 3 copies, two are for A, and one if for B. It will come into operation after signed and stamped by both sides’ representative.

Other issues have not been mentioned on this contract, they can be written into an additional agreement by both side’s consulting. And the additional agreement related to this contract is with the same legal effect as the contract.
