求帮忙看看以下翻译准确吗？感觉有些不通顺，总觉得哪里有问题。QUALITY CLAIMS:
In the event of a finding after surveys that there is indeed a quality difference from the agreed specifications in a delivered shipment, compensation shall automatically become payable to the Buyer. Such compensation shall provide an indemnity for all provable loss and damage suffered by the Buyer on account of the deficient quality. Such compensation shall be deemed separate from indemnities for legal and other reasonably foreseeable expenses incurred by Buyer in recovering such compensation due provided the inspection is only done by CCIC. If Buyer personal inspection and given the certificate for the same then quality claim does not arise.
质量索赔：
如发生质量事件，经调查后发现，到港的货物质量与合同中的规格如有差别，卖方应自动向买方补偿。这种赔偿应包含所有买方可提供证明的由于质量缺陷引起的损失及损害。此种赔偿应与法律赔偿区分，由买方遭受的合理的，可预见的费用的赔偿的依据只能是官方出具的CCIC证书。买方个人做的商检并出具的类似证书，则此索赔不成立。
