本人英语很菜，自己写了一段，麻烦各位帮忙看看，有不妥的地方帮忙指正。The two sets of equipment arrived at our plant on April 1. But after acceptance of goods, our engineers found that two pallets of goods were missing according to the packing list (the red circle on the packing list in Annex). Please help to confirm whether these two pallets loaded into the container。Sorry for needing your help again, looking forward to your reply ASAP.
我把我要表达的中文意思也贴一下吧,有个对照：
2台设备已于4月1日进厂。但是我们的工程师验收货物后发现，缺了两个托盘的东西（具体看附件装箱单上红色圈出的部分）。请帮忙查询一下这两个托盘的货物是否有装进货柜。很抱歉需要再次得到您的帮助，期待您的尽快答复。

The machines arrived on April 1st. However, we found that some parts were missing from the packing list
（see the highlighted area in red ）. Pls check whether or not they were actually loaded. Thank you.
