我今天早上才被通知，这家客户12/15的箱子都被甩在新加坡一周，接下个航次走！但是这家客户我们起运港这边是申请过保箱的，目的港也是保这家客户的，之前从来没有发生过这种情况，能帮忙查一下是什么原因嘛？先谢谢各位了！

I was notified that the cagoes arrived at Singapore one week ago and it would be loading at the next sailing this morining.By checking,we had purchased insurance for this cargoes from loading port to destination port.We haven't met those case before.Would you please kindly help us to check the reason?
