给工厂订单下错了，数量比现在实际要交货少了一半，其实主要原因是给工厂前一个订单的数量。现在距离交货期还有一个星期，但是工厂要再做至少要2-3周，如何和客户婉转并诚恳的希望客户能接受？？

We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to finish your order A until Aug.20th .We apologize for this inconvenience caused by this.
It was my fault that I made a mistake that take your last order xxx as this order xxx to our cam factory and I just noticed that quantity was less than actual order quantity.
So far,we have tried our best to speed up the production and please accept our sincerely apology.
Also there were still some unexpected factors existed and happened suddenly, like the transformer problem . So it caused some delay.
Could you please let me know the arrival date which you could be accepted ?
I suppose if we could find a fast vessel to arrive your port on time to meet your requirement.
We will bear the extra freight as changing the fast vessel.
I am sorry this happened ,I promise you that we will pay more attention on this issue and it won't happened again.
Wish we could do better for you in the near future and fulfill your satisfaction.

I am sorry but have to inform you that your order will be delayed this time. I have to apologize because it is my fault. I have mistaken the quantity in this order which is actually double than I placed to our factory. So we have still a half to finish in the remaining one week, but it is difficult to complete because as usual we need another 2 or 3 weeks for the latter half.
I know it is unreasonable to ask you to accept this delay as the fault is in our side, but there is no solution now and a delay cannot be avoided. Pls understand and kindly give us a little bit more time. I am sure such a delay shall not repeat again! Your understanding will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
