收到了一封来自尼日利亚的邮件，有些地方不太懂比如-100%D/P Bill for Collection。我们的付款方式一直都是T/T,可以接受信用证，大家帮忙看看是不是骗子。邮件内容如下----
Dear,
This is to confirm the receipt of your e-mail message, contents of which we have gone through and well noted. According to your message, we are very pleased to transact business with your firm if chance is given to do so.
At present we are also looking for the company whom highly serious in transact business with our esteemed house on your products line , so since you also have this in plan, we are fully ready to co-operate with your esteemed house.
Moreover we can stand as your representative here in Nigeria on your total production, so that some of the items which did not known in the market shall known through our esteemed house.
Please kindly.Mode of Payment-100%D/P Bill for Collection.
Therefore let us go straight on our payment term, before we could submit our order to you. Our payment with you should be 100% D/P, kindly note that this payment is bank to bank transaction, our bank only accept with this proposed payment only
because of bad experience which we have already occur through their bank in the past.
Kindly note that this payment by 100% D/P is bank to bank transaction, which your bank shall monitor your part and our bank also shall monitor our part as well.
Therefore kindly confirm your acceptance on this proposed payment term, in other to enable us submit our order to you.
Note that our order should be regular order and from time to time in large quantity, note that our minimum order should not less than 500 TONS at once.
Therefore, kindly confirm this with your Authority in Charge for their Acceptance of our payment method.

很有可能是骗子。100% DP 风险很大，除非对方是非常知名的大公司。
第一次交易不建议做D/P， 楼主可以回他做 前T 后T 或者L/C。 坚持不做D/P
