应该是“clearance of goods”比较正规和常用吧..

clearance of goods应该是进口清关啊。和出口报关一样吗？

我还想补充一点：M B/L 是MASTER BILL OF LADINGH B/L 是HOUSE BILL OF LADING空运也是这样分的，不光是海运。
