国外投诉产品有油污，拒收一大批产品。我不知道怎么回邮件，我初步的回复是（求大虾帮忙翻译）：
该产品的油污是由于上模具后，模具未清理干净，粘上油污。
比例上应该不会多，只是前几模会有，后面的不会有的。
而且工厂发货前也是人工挑选过的。
我不认为我们要拒收所有的产品。
工厂认为，如果产品不能有任何的污点，除非在无尘空间里面进行。
工厂还没有这样的无尘空间。

We think that tooling was not cleaned sufficiently before it's loaded on the plastic injection moulding machine.The greasy dirt
attached to the moulding resulted in the contamination of the products.However,we think that the percentage of such
defects should not be quite high as these incidents normally occurs with initial pieces injected,the ensuring pieces should not
not be affected.Addtionally,all the pieces were inspected and hand picked before dispatch in the factory.
We sincerely hope that you will not reject the whole batch.The factory thinks that it's not possible to make impeccable
products unless they have a dust free workshop in the factory,which is not a reality for them at the moment.
在此建议补充一下，就是让客人清点一下有多少不良品，然后提供照片，在下一个订单可以补发给他。
As a friendly gesture,we are willing to make up for the inferior pieces in the next shipment.Please kindly count and provide
us photos for those not-up-to-the standard.
