The tourist guide is the soul of the tourism industry.To standardize the management of the tourist guide is one of the key problems in regulating this industry. Since entering into the 21st century, the problems in the tourist guide market become more and more salient.The conflicts in the tourism industry keeps erupting and the basic rights and interests of the tourist guide could not be properly protected.The tourist guide has become the root cause of the conflicts of the interest and the disappearance of the ethics. The management of the remuneration of the tourist guide becomes the first one to be affected in regulating this market and this has turned into one of the most incisive problems to be addressed. The implementation of commission system,in a certain period of time, helps to make the remuneration of the tourist guide become more transparent and rational, however, it fails in solving this issue in the root cause. To strengthen and improve the management of the tourist guide, we must stay focused in areas such as tourism administrative authority,tourist guide association, travel agency and personal quality of the tourist guide. Only by this and realize the arduous and systematic nature of regulating the tourist guide, we may open up a new configuration in tourist guide management.
