大家好，我是做晚礼服的，一客户，没办法按时出货，本来是预计11月份出货，定金30已经打了，但是由于市场重工钉珠工人供不应求，所以跟客人这样解释大家帮忙看看这样组织是否通顺，会不会比较啰嗦？主要突出重点就好。。。客人还有其他新样品再开发
About the 001 and 002, they can not be shipped this year. We feel really sorry!!!
The beadings of 001 and 002 are too particular,complicated and heavy,so the workers do not want to make them.Close to the year-end, workers want to make some light beading.We try our best to handle it ,and we want to ship them asap,but the beading are really can not be accepted.We really sorry about it.Also other customers'heavy beading need to be put off too.Customers in Europe and America like heavy beading in recent years,so it makes the workers are demand over supply,especially at the end of the year. We advise we can make them after the Chinese New Year (Finished before May 2014),because that time is off season,workers will be easy to accept the heavy beading. Can you accept?
We really have sincerity to cooperate with you, so we try our best to develop new samples for you. But, this time we can not control. It will not happen next time. Pls. understand us.

We are very disappointed with this news. Why couldn't you have told me this earlier? Why did you avoid me when I kept asking about these styles? What am I going to do with my customers who left deposit on these dresses?
We are losing a lot of money because of your unprofessional business..
目前客人还有其他单子再我这里生产，客人对我的质量也满意，但是我再次回复说如果客户跟他的客户说能否延迟货期，还在等客户回复，我也再三强调下不为例，现在等客户那边回复
客人那边又回复：
We were supposed to send these dresses to our customers by the 2nd week of December..This makes our company look very weak..You need to take care of us somehow in this matter..
客户这样回复是不是暗示要赔偿或者有好处给客人吗？目前订单是没办法交货的，求指点

你这么解释是不行的，你当初报交期的时候怎么没有想到这些？这样是不会被接收的。你可以找找其他理由。

For 001 and 002 style we are afraid that it coudn't be delivered on time,we feel so sorry .
As it's complecated designe and heavy beading take a lot of time and labour ,and i bielive you could fully understand the situation of labour market in China this year, we are trying to find the best solution.
Both 001 and 002 style would be finished before MAY 2014,we are so appreciate if you could understand.
For compensate,we will......
楼主有点太罗嗦了，这样也显得你们公司没实力，等于把客户在往外推，最好找点别的合理的理由.
货期拖太久了，一般客人都不会接受的，所以楼主还是想办法抓紧生产的好，另外给点甜头作为补偿.
帮你修改了下，由于不了解其中的曲折，看起来有点不痛不痒，楼主参考吧.
