- Quotation / Proforma Invoice with a validity of 30 days. Sample of quotation is attached herewith. Your fresh offer should be inclusive of our commission at the rate of 5% on total FOB value. In your quotation, please DO NOT forget to mention the relevant ISO standard/code (e.g. ISO11124-3) according to which Grit and Shot will be manufactured.

2- Confidential Commission Letter: As per attached sample
3- Manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the offered items where from required specification / parameters can be verified.
- Manufacturer's printed brochure / catalog covering complete range of products
Please do send us ADVANCE COPY of above documents by e-mail attachment or fax but originals must follow by airmail / courier to our address given at the end of this message. While sending original docs by courier / airmail, please DO NOT forget to send the sample of offered grit and an shots.
