不知道这样翻译是否正确,介词安排是否合理。
另外，BL make out to order and blank endorsed.
这句怎么翻译，既然提单开给指定人，怎么又是空白背书呢。
再另外，invoice in three copies，是指三份，但不指向正本还是副本吧。

提单凭指示，空白背书。就是在CONSIGNEE一档打上"TO ORDER",在提单背面盖上你们的英文公章。
再另外，invoice in three copies，
发票一式三份，可认理解为三张正本。

不知道我有没有理解错误，收件人TO ORDER,也是空白背书吗，空白背书不是指收件人一栏为空呀。。。

The buyer shall pay 10% of the total Contract price omount namely JPY1000 against the presentation of the following documents/
a.Commercial invoice of10% of the total contract price in three origninals.
b.One original final acceptance certificate signed by the pre...of buyer and seller.
请问这两个10%指的什么费用。我前面还有一个90% of cantract price然后列提供的单据。这里是不是意思最后递交这两种单据给剩下的10%余款，还是最后提交这两个单据需要%10的费用

那就是前面提交的装箱单之类的（90% of the contract price nmely9000 shall paid by the buyer to seller against the presentation of following documents:a.full set of negotiable clean on board bill of lading made out to order and blank endorsed...b......)会给他（我是进口方）90%的款，最后交货确认提交两个单据给10%的款
