As you know, the goods are all garments for winter, we must deliver to customer timely to catch the season. Once the winter finishes, the goods will be worthless and our customer will not accept the goods. He said if the goods can not be dilivered to him before xx年xx月xx日, he would terminate our cooperations. At that time we will suffer a great loss in finance and even reputation.
We will conserve the right to ask for compensation from your esteemed company and kindly suggest you to expedite shipment to avoid unnecessary loss for your esteemed company and us.

没有用很正式的句型。个人是认为当人在气氛的时候应该不会太正式，而是略带口语性的言语，不知道是否可行
