This is really an unusual case for you to receive so many defective products this time.As for ones we sell UK and USA,which
is around 100,000sets per month,the defective ratio is less than 0.5%.
Please send those defective ones back to us so that we could refer them to our engineering department for check and
analysis.We would provide replacement afterwards.We are awfully sorry for the inconveneince this has caused on you.
