self adhesive flap 应该是那种自粘的胶袋，普通你去买圣诞贺卡，外面有个胶袋装着，那个就是自粘的胶袋。flap就是利仔，上面有胶，所以叫自粘！
你那句话的意思是：独立包装必须顺利通过跌落测试（距离地面1-50米进行）。
