2) 对内成本控制, 据各部门提供的数据进行财务分析, 找出盈、亏的所在，
提出有效的整改意见，让企业始终操持明确的发展方向。

1) external work as tax declaration, to submit of any kinds of statistic data
2) internal work as cost controling, to find the cause of surplus and deficit in the financial analysis with all data from different departments and put forward effective rectification advise to make sure right developing position for the enterprise.
