怎么用英语向客户催款了，之前把正本扫描件已经发给他了，但是没动静，现在船快要到港了，我怎么催促他呢评论

I wonder whether you have received my last e-mail for the balance payment?
Our shipping agent just informed me that the vessel is supposed to call in your local port in a couple of days,please expediate
the balance payment process so that we could release the original shipping doc to you.
We would appreciate your cooperation very much to avoid unncessary port changes caused by the potential delay.
