* The surface of the conductors should be shining and proper. Dust, scratch, crack,crash, darkening and oxidation arenot allowed on the surface of the conductors.
* If the number of the wires are 1 + 1 . 6 + 2 . 6 + ...... + n . 6 then the strand shape of the conductor will be unilay
concentric. For the rest, bundle strand will be used.
* For the single bundle wires, the strand direction is S. For the rope strand multy bundle wires, if otherwise not mentioned,
the strand direction is S for ourter layer and Z for inner layer, also for every bundle the strand direction will be reverse
direction of outer and inner layers.
* For the cross sections of 7 mm2 and less, the steel bobbin diameter will be 630 mm and for the cross sections higher than 7 mm2,
the steel bobbin diameter will be 800 mm. The bobbins will be covered with cartoon or plastic protectors during the shippment.
* The stranded coper wires wrapped on the bobbins should not have more than 2 tips and also there should be no ultrasonic
welding point on the wires.
*If the cross section is between 0.35 and 3.0 mm2 (included), then there should be 2 meter-long lower tip left on the bobbin.
If the cross section is bigger than 3.0 mm2, then no lower tip should leave.
*The conductors should be wrapped properly on the bobbins and should not accumulate on one side.
* During the loading of the bobbins to the cable production line, the position of bobbin should be in a way that the lower
tip on the bobbin should be at the back side. At this position, the upper tip of bobbin should turn in clockwise direction and
the conductors should loosen properly and easily.
* 2 cm gap should be left between the top point of the bobbin and the copper.
*The number of bobbins, in case the weight of copper wrapped on the bobbin is less than the 50% of the weight capacity
of the bobbin, should be less than 10% of the total number of bobbins which are delivered at each shippment.
