客户要求样品费，但我提供样品的方式是“同意担供样品,但新客户的第一次样品需收费,可以在下一批货款中扣除本次样品费”英语要怎么翻译呢，谢谢大侠们。。。。。。

We agree to offer samples but it's our usual to charge the first samples to new customer, which can be returned in your next payment.

It's our routine that a new client will face the sample charge for the first time. And it can be refunded in the next bulk purchase.

smaples are OK, but they are should be paid by first time,if you agree we could returen sample cost in your next order.
