What the fakes do, is promise POP and PB (Performance Bond), take the Buyer's Pre-Advice Letter of Credit, get it discounted from the Bank (typically at 10-15% of face value) and then disappear!When you find a new Supplier always ask for Past Records (as Bill of Lading) before to send your Buyer's Confidential documents (LOI, BCL, etc.), and check the B/L Authenticity with IMB (a division of the International Chamber of Commerce specifically dedicated to fighting all types of maritime crime).
