我们做消防CO2胶管喇叭/角。客户是英国，我们的产品需要做BSI认证，结果客人现在发了一份BSI的产品失败报告和一个相对的解释如下：The BSI report stated :-

Torque to loosen horn(Nm) >20 >10
Compliance to clause 12.3 No
备注：if the horn arrives unattached the valve to horn torque is not tested. BSI engineers confirmed that your plastic horn is attached to the metal tube by a threaded connection. This is also held in place using adhesive and was removed with less than 10Nm torque. To test this, the plastic of the horn is removed to facilitate a tool directly onto the fixing nut. The recorded removal torque was 9Nm. On removal traces of glue were evident on the exposed threads.
后面一段话是不是在解释如何测量胶管喇叭松开时候的扭力。到底什么数据，算一个标准的范围呢？
