I'm a college graduate with major of Business English in 2010. Since graduated from college I've been looking for a job which can related foreign trade which I found I was really fond of. However, after I just left college and went back to my hometown, one of my father's friend introduced me to a five-star hotel to work as a waiter in western restaurant.In the very beginning days there, I worked hard and even felt happy because all the people I can see were white or black (except my colleagues) and also I met a couple from England,even today,We stilll contact each by emails. But after servals months later,thinking about my future development,I quited that job. My second job was foreign trader which I have expected for a long time. The factory mainly sells FRP products and others which use this material.That plant is the most biggest one in that town and increased the local employment rate,so the local government strongly recommanded the Boss to launch a new company to increase the economic income,that new company was where we used to work for. The Boss decorated a old office and recruited five graduates include me and only let us to run this new company, we were all excited at first and made our ambitions to achieve our goals. We sent explorer letters everyday. We knew it was hard for foreign traders to make a order at the beginning days and we just did our best to do it and just like that.Since that company was newly bulited and some company files were still uncompleted. sometimes we sent letters to other staffs' clients and sometimes those current clients that the address we attached in our letter was exactly the same with the plant which thay have eatablshed business relationship with. thay called to our manager and blamed us if we were cheaters. ALL THESE MADE US EMBARRESSED AND DEPRESSED. Laterly four of us quited from there.It was really a bad experience. The third place where I worked is a Customs broker, I mainly in charged of the inspection part,there were almost 3-5 containers needed to be checked everyday and those customs officers were really....sucks.(fuck tｈem). as my English level is so limited. I don't know how to 吐槽 them. you guys know them,so I skip this part. the day's busy , the colleagues were fine, all these made me feel comfortable that time. Here comes the "BUT THING".Yes,I quited that some kind of good one for me. No spcial reason,just felt I preferred foreign trader. I can't just left my major alone which my parents have offered me to learn at college. I also confused about myself,just like I got addicted to change jobs. Now I worked in a knitted clothing factory and my title was so called sorting orders. I got no knowledge and experience in this area and this time I've made my mind not to change it. I did my best. I tried to learn all the fabrics and how to quote,etc. I learned what I need to master all by myself. But all the other staffs were busy everyday and I felt sorry to trouble them, also they did not much likely want to teach me somthing. Two months have passed, no improvement. I really felt I am a loser. What I should do to make a change with myself?

Dear，I think firstly you should know what kind of job you,d prefer ,and set your position ,and then you know how to get it and how to improve yourself .
The major I learn in college is same as yours ,Business English ,and the first job I took is a foreigh trade assistant ,because it is a very small company ,and the boss also know little ababout the export business ,so I learned very little .But I did not give up ,the second job ,as sales of export business in Ningbo ,and this company ,is more professional ,and there are many masters ,I learned the operate process ,such as deal with the inquiry with customers ,learn the products knowledge ,make PI ,packinglist ,quotation ,and ask the customer to settle the payment ,confirm the deliver date and transpotation method ,as well as deliver ,customer complain etc .So after I come to another company ,and find easier for me .
So I think a professional company is very important for us ,and the direct supervisor is much important for you too .He or she can be the good teacher in your professional career .
But it depends on the lucky ,just like that you meet one people and quickly both of you can be good friends .
Never give up ,and insist what you want ,and try your best ,as well as good lucky ,you will be great !

yeah, i also think you shoud find which job you really want to do.
Although you have no master,you can learn by yourself..
you can surf the everyday~
