由于台风海葵造成船期延后我要给客户写个邮件说明情况请知悉由于台风海葵造成上海港从8月7号--9号无法正常作业，船期也受到影响。
预配船期XXXX调整到XXXX。

Pls be informed that the arrival of typhoon HaiKui has resulted in Shanghai port is temporary closure on 7th-9th,August.
SO the shipment was corresponding to delay.The vessel and B/L no are the same as before.
The latest ETD shanghai port :XXX ETA XX port: XXX

Dear Sir or Madam, the shipping date is delayed because of the Typhoon Haikui, the port is closed from 7th to 9th August, so the new ETD is xxx, please note! 我觉得这么简单写写就行了，呵呵
