有人知道下面的空填什么吗，俄罗斯客户发来的合同开头部分xxx Company, LLC, represented by its Director, xxx（人名）, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the one part, and the company xxx, represented by xxx（人名）, acting on the basis of __________________, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the other part, have entered into this Contract as follows:

客户的填的是 the Charter
