6. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS• In case of detection of the fact that quantity and/or quality quantity and/or completeness and/or packing and/or marking of the Goods don’t comply with requirements indicated in the point 5 of this Contract, the acceptance report on accountable storage should be made during the acceptance of the Goods. In this report detailed description of discrepancy and/or defects of the Goods should be mentioned.
• In this case the Seller must supply the missing parts in any case but the expenses will be at his charge if he has supplied the goods not in the full completeness.
• Any kind of compensation or refund for damages and/or loss caused during transportation of the goods from the Seller to the Buyer lies on the forwarder.
• The law of property on the Goods passes to the Buyer from the Seller from the date of delivery and after payment.

6.发货和收货
. 若我们查到大货的数量或质量或包装或是唛头与合同(合同第5点)不符的话,那么在我方考虑接受期间,你方需出一份关于负责货物保管接受函,并且详细表述货物的问题点 .
. 若卖方不能全数供货, 则差数的费用由卖方自付.
. 在运输途中造成的任何损失或是罚金将由代运人承担 .
. 货物自发货付款后将归买方所有.
