客户发的关于样品不合格的邮件，实在是看不懂，哪位高手帮忙翻译一下 万分感谢The run out on the wheel is .032” When the wheel is spinning it has an appearance of being an “oval” shape. This causes a problem with the balance of the wheel. Review the videos, please note the wheel movement as well as the indicator (See video Example: R15_02 & 03)
During a static balance test (weights placed in center) 3.5oz of weight is required to balance the wheel.
During a dynamic balance test (weights placed on outer edges) the front required 1.5oz and the rear required 1.75oz to balance. Both weights had to be placed in the same locations on both sides of the rim in order for it to balance. This is not acceptable. Please review and make corrections

在静平衡测试(重心置在中心), 3.5盎司的重量需要作平衡调整。

兩方面的重量都需要在轮辋左边与右边对齐, 才能作平衡调整。现在这情況是不能接受的。请审查清楚并作出更正。
