Questions as follow, if you're interesting, pls try to thinking how to explain with cusotmer1) If you are sales, the products you ship to the client has cause quality problem, or the real products you send to the client is not the same with the one you show on the picture, such as the picture you shows the products with XXX certificate and we don't have this certificate, how to explain to the customer?
2) How do your reply to the client if he has unreasonable request? Such as the cost of the product is RMB10, but he want buy from you at 10RMB?
