我想注册一个外商中国办事处。现在在工商地方拿到资料。发现其中的一些文件要问老外拿。但是这些文件要怎么翻译，有高手知道不？？
外国（地区）企业住所证明和存续2年以上的合法营业证明
外国（地区）企业的章程或者组织协议
外国（地区）企业出具的对有权签字人的授权或证明文件
外国（地区）企业对首席代表、代表的任命文件及其身份证明
同外国（地区）企业有业务来往的金融机构出具的资信证明
