将贵行金额借记至我行账户 大概意思）支付 在收到你方电传3个工作日内
这个是银行给银行的指令 你不用管得

简单来说 就是交单后如 单单相符 单证相符 你们的通知行就会通知议付行付钱过来 付钱时间是收到电传的3个工作日内。。。
