The old saying goes: spring is the best season of a year. We really have a lot of things to do in spring.That’s your time, it is upcoming.
Everyone has plans and wishes list of our new year 2011. Some of you have already written them down. That’s a complete one, now 2011 is into our life, the most important thing for most of us is work.
Are you satisfied with you job? Will you want to change a new one or just make some changes of your current job?
For me, the answer is yes.
After Chinese new year, we go back to work. It seems that ‘s a new start, maybe you have a lot of ideas of your work about this year, you want to get more ordes, make more money or get a promotion. All of them are good plans, but they are not so easy to reach. As a result, you may have a great expectation but also feel pressure. However, life won’t stop for you due to any reasons. Everyone is working hard, you have no choices but keep moving.
Since it is a new start after CNY, some person don’t want to stay at the old company, looking for a new job, change the work, move to another city, Everything is fresh but not so accustomed to the sudden change. New company, new office, new colleagues, you have to be familiar with them one by one. Opportunity and challage come to you at the same time.You want to try your best to be approved in probation period and get along well with your workmates by a short time.We know, that’s a tough period. But foucs on your long-term goal ,they are worthy.
No matter what kind of situation you are, make changes of your current job or just instead of a new one. There must be some stories about it in your heart. Maybe it is wonderful and brilliant, maybe it is difficult and tortuous. However, you finially overcome it. Now we know everything goes well with you after changing. No matter what the result is after the change, for all of us, it is a kind of life experience, while once we face it with a posative and optimistic attitude, we will gain a lot from the experience.

I just submitted the letter of resignation,and i am waiting for some one can hand over and take over my work.
Maybe most of you would like to quit the job as soon as you have got another employment.
but i am not.i would rather to give more care to looking for job.i dont wanna to do job-hopping things frequently.
It is my first job here.I am still an intern right now,but i have worked 8 months right here.
Cause our company is a small and medium sized enterprises,and we mainly develop the domestic market.
We just have only 2~4 ORDERS per month in export,if we met the high season.Generally,i am leisure cause there are no ORDERS to charge of.
Anyway,i worked as merchandiser.
Finally,i got the feeling that i supposed to MAKE CHANGES right now,I should not be that one who is easy in their circumstances.
I am still young,I need to do the FIGHT things.
So,GO and FIGHT.Make changes.

I signed up the driver’s test last year, which is held on 8th, April. On 18th Feb, I started my lessons in the car. I was so tired everyday, as it takes about 3.5 hours in the car everyday, 1 hour for the lesson , and 2.5 hous for the commuter hour.
I am not so clever that my master was angry with me when I did the wrong thing . Mainly I started my day with my master’s yelp every morning , such as “ wrong direction!!” “Be careful of the car in front of u!!” “ the clutch should be completely in the end when you change the shift pattern.!!!” i know my master's on my best interest, but I still feel confused during this time.
In the lesson,it appeared two prominent problems.
The first one is absent-minded in the lesson. I could not follow my master’s step when my mind kept straying from the lesson. And then he would angry with me.
The second one is tardy and hesitant. As the road condition changes all the time, u must concentrate on driving and making the correct respond immediately. Maybe an accident would happen when u r hesitant, or tardy.
By small see big, these are bad habbits which I must change. And I am now trying my best to do things seriously, quickly and decidedly. These are the biggest changes in this spring.
Also I have lose my weight. It is an unexpected surprise .
Hope that I would pass the exam.

I started to register my web from May 2010 as a half-SOHO. But at that time, I just uploaded some products on the site, and registered some little B2B. I let it run its course most of the time.
After spending the Spring Festival Holidays, my boyfriend moved to work in Shenzhen and urged me to progress my SOHO.
We installed a fixed phone at home in the beginning of March. I collected all the products details from different suppliers, then seriously sent out Email to my potential clients. The thing I felt exciting was that I received a reply from Chilean client. He used Spainish to write the mail and told me that he wanted to take the products to his friend as a gift. I am now is following up him. Hope I can receive my first SOHO order soon.
The biggest change is that I finally make the decision and take efforts to do my own business, though it is just a small beginning, but I will insist on!

It's a chance decision for me to do international business.Coz my major has nothing to do with business.when i was in my university,i major in Film and Media.I learn some things like film editing,photography and arts for hosting.But,after i left my school,i did not choose a job which related my major.I was once working in China Telecom as a telephone operator,just half a month time.I quit it and got to YanTai in ShanDong province.A totally new city,it took me 2 months to get a job.Coz i didn't know what i capable to do.That's really a suffering experience for me,i stared to doubt myself.I doubt i can't live on myslef.Father told me nothing serious,if you work on it.soon or later you will get it.
I always wanna be a designer,coz they are the creator of new things.So i spend a week to learn AUTO CAD from my bf,i didn't go anywhere.Keep drawing draft,but when i hand the work to my bf,he said:you're drawing nothing.The whole design is wrong,the size ,the structure…… and my tears were falling down when he said this.He never know that cost me one day.
1 week,i learned how to use CAD.Then i find a job in a furniture company,work as a furniture designer.But 1 month later,i got fired.Why ? I reflected on the things i did,come to an reslut,coz i am not skillful,i am not mature in this feild.Someone will think i should hold on,look for another furniture company .But i didn't,i know i was not capable to be a good designer.I droped this mind.
Then ,that's why i am here.Up to now,i worked as a international trader just 1 month and a half.All the export knowledge was learned by myself,i read related books,i joined some groups and forums.whatever,it's not enough.I still have many things need to learn.But i am faithful to myself.Some times i have to work as a manager assistant,sometime work as a personnel manager,sometime i have to receive foreign customer. every time i complain these things to my bf,he always saying:it can help you grow up faster,you'll learn much in the process.And one day you'll know all these will be repaid.
Now,I don't wanna change a job,i don't wanna change my boss,all i need is change myself.To be a better one.
