礼貌句型 之2Written by a Chinese interpreter
1.交际场景
你客户过来办公室看你了。你说 “请坐，请坐”，请坐用英语怎么说？
Sit down, please.
That’s a nice try.
当老外回答说不正确时，经常喜欢这样说。他们不喜欢直白的说，You are wrong, 而是会这样说，喜欢用肯定的，而不是否定的回答。以后大家可以经常使用，That’s a nice try.
请坐 就是， 这儿有个座位，请你坐，所以合起来就是 Please have a seat.
Please take a seat.
但是是祈使句，有点命令的语气，所以要用
Would you please take a seat?
Would you please…
是什么意思，有什么作用，什么时候用好呢？
首先，和please 意思一样，都是请某人做某事，只不过，
如果我们是 Please do sth, 它是个祈使句，语气比较硬，别人会说，你凭什么命令我哦，大家都是同事的，
但是如果用 would you please, 那感觉就不一样了。
而且，它是一个问句，说问句时，我们不自觉就会用升调。别人一听就知道你是在问他。。。虽然说白了，是你在要求他做什么事，但是一用问句，表示你至少在询问他，不是在命令他，那么他就爱听。他就愿意给你办事。
要求别人做一件事，但又不好意思直白地说，就可以用这个句子。
Would you please do sth, 削弱领导范
和May I have…? 有什么区别呢?
May I have the product catalog please?
Would you please send me the product catalog?
第一句更好，为什么呢，因为第二句强调的是你去做一件什么事，而第一句用我做主语，削弱了对方的行为，让对方听着感觉更舒服些。
总之，后者比前者语气稍强。

表示工作态度，认真，负责。低调的，华丽的表扬自己。

计划：schedule
看到老外同事，问，咱这周一起去吃个饭吧。老外第一反应说，
Let me check my schedule, please.
按计划进行，表示 时间没超，
按时，on time
按计划， on schedule.

另外，把所有项目资料给相关人员传阅一下。

Verify: 核对，检查，证实，判断这东西是正确的还是错误的。

太嚣张了，说不定老板还让他助理今天上午干些什么呢？
所以要问 可不可以

对老板讲话，所以姿态要再低，再低一些。

然后再传阅，是指在传阅前先核对。所以应该是 before the circulating.

我什么时候用before 这种形式呢，我就想不到什么时候用呢，
这里，显然是有两个动作的，一个是核对资料，另个是传阅资料。 那么这个人说话时强调的是哪个动作，是核对资料呢，还是传阅资料？
很好，强调的是核对资料。
英语里面有个原则，把最重要的东西放前面，所以，用verify all the documents before circulating.
B: 可以，你去吧。
不是说你走吧，而是说行，你去做吧。
所以，
