We've implemented the third and final update to the Trigger Rpt, which is the CNY impact. This is effective immediately.. We've added 20 days to PO's with NLT's on the trigger that fall within 30 days prior and 60 days post the avg CNY, 2/5. Thus PO's with NLT's between 1/5 to 4/5 are now due 20 days earlier than before. PO's before and after these dates remain on the original schedule (as part of the updates in the original email below).
- Please keep in mind this is the avg CNY. If CNY falls earlier, we may get a few earlier requests. If CNY falls later, we may get a few later requests.
Finalized Trigger Dates PRIOR to PO NLT's:
. Standard = 57 days
China = 57 days
Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia = 67
. CNY = NLT's between 1/5 to 4/5 have 20 additional days added
China = 77
Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia = 87
. All Others = Other Countries and Dates default to the standard 57 days (i.e. Brazil & Mexico year round = 57 days)
Please keep in mind that there are still exceptions, listed below:
- factory loading
- minimum order &/or small PO qty
- small holidays
- early production
- certain materials
- pull ups (greensheets) for PO's
- sizes are on "previous weeks" trigger.meaning they are late/past due
