向客户说货代不配合要怎么说？希望高人指点。我是这样说的但是又觉得很别扭：
Dear XX;
I got a problem form the forwarder and I need your help now. I don't know why we can not have the original B/L as we have already delivered the goods early on last week.
I am very headache with this forwarder XXXX co.,ltd, just now I try to contact with them but phone call always been refused. I am worry about their poor service level as it would cause many torublesome for you and us.
I really hope you can help me to urge the forwarder to issue the B/L asap, and urge them to imporve their service quality.

one issue I catched that forwarder's service is not good frankly, original B/L I can not get up to today,you know goods have delivered a week already,I tried to call them but refused, please help me out, thanks in advance!
