今天发货遇到问题了，客人在催我了。没时间大家帮忙翻译一下，货物是一批圆珠笔，笔芯当然就是液体的了由于世博会的原因，现在上海差得比较严，所以这批货今天发送不了。
另外还需要去上海化工研究院做份运输鉴定报告-------上海化工研究所出具《货物运输条件鉴定书》的，才能发货，需要三天的时间。
如果从香港走的话，无需任何报告，比较方便。
所以我们给出了两个方案：
1.我们将联系你指定的货代，看是否能够从香港发货。
2.我们也联系了自己的货代，价格在50元/KG（大约是100KG）需要4-5个工作日达到

The goods can not be sent today since shanghai custom inspected strictly these days because of the World Expo.
besides, we need to go to Shanghai chemical academe to get Transportation Evaluation Report--Certificate For Sale Transport signed by Shanghai chemical academe, then we can deliver the goods, and this cost 3 days.
If via HK, they can be delivered easily without any reports.
So here are two solutions:
1. We would contact your forwarder to see whether they can send the goods or not.
2. We also contact our forwarder and come to know that the price is rmb 50/kg (about 100kgs) and the goods will arrive in 4-5 working days.
