other apparatus for the transmission or reception of voice, images, etc.
The supplier is explicitly directed to include the above statement with our HTC code in the information they provide their shipper and
require their shipper to provide written confirmation of receipt and agreement of the HTC code status. Any duties resulting from
incorrect and/or incomplete shipping documentation, or from the shipping agent changing the HTC code without written approval by
XXX(customer name), shall be subtracted from payment.
