加拿大外贸
本人在南京SOHO化工产品，目前一直是老客户维持着业务。一直开发，发了N多询盘，回复的也有若干，今天与昨天共收到两个询盘，客户都要一些信息，因为我注册的是离岸公司，不知道如何做，请广大福友给点建议这两家公司其中一家公司是希腊的，属于欧洲，出口到欧洲的化工产品都要进行REACH注册，当价格与其他条款谈好后，要reach注册号，我没有
另外一家公司是菲律宾的贸易公司，很有意向，要做COMISSION，需要我提供若干证件，原文如下
Re: Registration Documents
To register your product with the Philippines Bureau of Animal Industries (BAI), we need the following documents:
a. Government Certificate of Free Sales for Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate from Country of Origin.
b. Government GMP Certificate and/or ISO Certificate for Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate from Country of Origin.
c. Process Flow / Manufacturing Procedure of your Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate.
d. Complete assay procedure for active ingredients.
e. 50 grams sample each from 3 different batch sample (for both Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate), with the Corresponding Certificate of Analysis to be submitted to BAI/BAI Accredited Laboratory for laboratory analysis.
f. Stability Test/Studies of the product to justify claimed expiration date for at least three (3) elevated temperatures and actual stability for both Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate.
g. Material Safety and Data Sheet for Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate.
h. Distribution Agreement or Authorization to sell your products by Daido Impex Corporation in the Philippines
The Distribution Agreement is a Certificate written in your letterhead complete with the company chop and signature. The content is as follows:

This is to certify that xxxxx Corporation with address at
Rm. 625 Downtown Center Building, 516 Quintin Paredes Street,
Binondo, Manila, Philippines is authorized to sell and distribute
our Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate
in the Philippines
When our preliminary application is approved by BAI, we might be requested to submit the Free Sale Certifcate and GMP Certificate authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the Country of Origin, in this case in China.
We, xxxx Corporation, will shoulder all the expenses incurred in the Philippines for the Product Registration of your Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate.
We hope to received the document we need to register your product with BAI. Without the Product Registration we can NOT sell your Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate and Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate in the Philippines, and the buyer can NOT secure an Import Permit for your products.
