The two normal size bedrooms are furnished with new beddings. One bed is new. They are on the second floor sharing one full-size washroom. Each room has a suitable window. Walk-in or regular big size cupboard and standing table with layers of drawers are provided.The two rooms are available from September 1, 2016. 550/month/room for long-term rent. Monthly pre-payment. One month of rental-fee-deposit is required. Contract or rent agreement is upon request.Note: Tenants are supposed to be reliable and hygienic. The behaviors like doing drug, smoking or heavy drinking are not welcome. No pet. Thanks.The community is quiet and friendly. The neighbors speak both French and English. Parks and trails nearby. It takes only 3-10 minutes of driving to get to library, golf field, Champlain Mall, Costco, Walmart, Sobeys, Atlantic Superstore, restaurants, airport, provincial highway, etc. The semi-washroom is in the laundry room on the main floor. The age of the house is only 16-year old. Most of the furniture and equipment are environmental efficiency including air-conditioning, central vacuum system, safety alarming system, new sofa, pump heating system, dishwasher, Wifi, TV, etc. Two garage plus drive way parking.
