今早本???要去上班了,午餐盒??好,外出衣穿好陪背包也背起,但突然接到??通知,因?小朋友?的不多,所以不需要我去代疹了...以前也办生咿呃肺情?,有?是?假老?又?定回去上班,有?是因小朋友人?少......接到呃肺??,心彦?是不太高配,有肺?被尊重的感迂...如果是之前一天通知就?感迂好一些..以前我?在多家childcare上班?,就遇咿?家要跟我俭同一天上班,我啉?了其中一家,後?也突然被取消了,而另外原本也需要我的那一家,被我拒睫後,就找了?人去代疹.我就?天都?工作了...其?,?上班就算了,只是有被不尊重的膣咿感..?教在Childcare 上班的咀友...Childcare?在?天才打??斤代疹老?,取消?天的代疹工作??或者??天才叫代疹老?早?下班,可以少付薪水?很想知道其它childcare的??,若办?我上班的呃家真的很不合理,也杂我明年要?其它家??了...唉!真的很喜?跟小朋友在一起,同事?也很好相?,但就是付薪水的人?代疹老?太苛了,真因?我?非?俭晷?..

回复I don’t work in the daycare centers but have some points to offer. Most of the childcare/daycare centers are private owned and operated on a margin profit basis. In other words, owner makes profit out of the student numbers and their fees everyday. There is no point to operate the center with students less than required. They entitle to, however, decide when, where and how long the substitute teachers they need for the work based on demand. In addition, you’re likely not been regulated or unionized in order to advance your employment opportunity. And that’s exactly my suggestion for you at this point―pursuit your certification and join the Early Child Educator union or the local ECE association. Meanwhile, I advise you to be very cool and professional regardless how mad you’ve been through. You are trying to keep a job you want and they should’ve informed their decision sooner enough. Even if this means you can’t sub for the center(s), keep cool. Personnel changes, times get tight and subs are difficult to find, all those will contribute to emerge your chance to come.
