I have the Ontaria health card before.I arrived at Vancouver On MAy.I apply the BC health card .I got the BC carecard and the bill for three months yesterday.but I maybe will go back to Chian next month.I should pay the 162 for the three months before 26 July.if I don't want to pay the bill ,how to do?thanks
