最近有朋友欲转让一Quizno's Classic Subs连锁店，大概10万左右，可以做15人左右的店子，不知道大家有人对这个品牌熟悉吗？觉得投资这样的连锁店前景如何？谢谢！！！

ok, 我在一个这个品牌的连锁店里打工.这个品牌价位比subway略高一些.转让价10万,不算很贵.....

反正他们的东东比subway好吃，我们公司的对过马路有1家。大家中午都去吃，东西不贵味道还行。

10万包什么？如果是设备新，无负债，应该不算贵。地段好吗？有租约吗？什么时候加租？通常租约有三年死约，三年活约。死约每年加多少都列明，活约就活了quizno's的口碑好象还可以的

我看了看这个网站，说得特许权费只有2,5000 但是又说初始的投资On average our stores range between $190,000 and $250,000 nationally.

If you take a close look on the web site, it told you that third party financing is available. It means the guy who try to sell you the business may borrow quite a few dollars from some financial company, and after you bought it, it would be you who had to pay the bill. In the web site, the amount they are looking for is $70k cash. My understanding is if you invest 70k, the rest of the money you can borrow from somewhere. So if the guy only invest 70k, and sell you the business for 10k, they made 30k or more right there. . I may be wrong, but I strongly recommand you to make it cystle clear before you make action.
