The role of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting sales representatives/advisors. You will tap into your previous knowledge of sourcing venues, channels, social media and networks to find groups of appropriate candidates to recruit. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in high volume recruiting capacity Dynamic individual who is able to establish rapport with diverse groups of peopleDemonstrated skills in all aspects of sourcing and identifying passive candidates via the internet,cold calling, social media, or other channelsDriven and self-motivated to achieving targets Excellent communication and persuasion skills Exceptional interviewing skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Able to work both independently and within a team environment Results-oriented mindset -Knowledge of financial services industry Fluency in second language an asset -Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be an asset.Knowledgeable about trends in recruitment Excellent organizational and time-management skills The Global family of companies is recognized for its business success, community initiatives and employee commitment in the financial industry.
