看工作机会Property Manager需求很大，学起来也不费劲，为什么华人很少进入这个行业呢？另外想做房地产财务的在哪个学院学什么专业比较对口，请行家给讲讲，我在温哥华

回复: 为什么华人很少学Property Manager在monster.ca上看了看，这个职业好像主要是跟人打交道。要解决租赁合同中租户违反合同的地方，收欠款什么的。如果语言不好，沟通能力不强，做起来似乎就有点吃劲了。摘了几条做参考：“ collect overdue rent, prepare files for court action, deal with overholding tenants, and； ensure all tenants comply with the Lease Agreement and the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA); continual one to one contact with tenants both in their homes and in the office to resolve issues around rent collections, budgeting, community concerns and adherence to the RTA; investigate and mediate complaints from and between tenants and community”

回复: 为什么华人很少学Property ManagerThe successful applicant must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency (e.g. GED)plus two years of experience in Property Management responsible for a Portfolio of at least 350 units, including substantial experience in dealing in person with tenants in very stressful and/or difficult situations as well as knowledge and experience in practical application of the Residential Tenants Act (RTA). The successful applicant must provide their own vehicle and have a valid Class 5 Operator's License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than six demerits and no current suspensions or charges pending. A Drivers Abstract will be required.

回复: 为什么华人很少学Property Manager如4楼,我也知道大体就是干这些事,但好象也不是太困难吧.毕竟解决纠纷有理有据,不是谈判或说服别人,按法律规章办就是了.我也见过一些东欧的人做这一行,好象英语也就那么回事吧
