过程是曲折的，结果是美好的。回复: TELUS在找电源设计的人员.Job Description - Power Planner TELUS is planning for the VDSL, the new technology that will go on top of their existing network and enable them to deliver up to 25 Mgs to the home. This new technology consumes more power than existing infrastructure and hence the need to upgrade the power facilities with in the central offices to support the upgrade. The Power Planners are tasked with delivering on designs based on the tactical plans presented to them. They will be using internal proprietary design tools of TELUS to create these designs. NPSI is the design tool which ties into SAP, which in turn inputs inventory requirements into SAP and orders and tracks all inventory.Candidates should ideally have some knowledge of CAD systems; this will assist them in coming up to speed on TELUS NPSI.Candidates will be working with the BC Hydro and assisting getting increased capacity to the Central Offices, they should have an excellent understanding of AC power and managing relationships with this utility. Additional Job InfoThis is an 8 months assignment with a good possibility of extensions. Top three skills: 1. Knowledge of BC and Federal Electrical Code (AC/ DC Power) 2. Excellent written and verbal communication as they are interfacing with many different groups and stakeholders at TELUS 3. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure power and capacity requirements. This will be a long term contract; the group that they are working in potentially has a number of individuals eligible for retirement. This could create opportunities for candidates who perform well in this role to position themselves for permanent opportunities down the road.
