I am working in small IT company. We have project, which was maintained by my supervisor and me. Since my supervisor left one year ago, I am only person for this project. Recently, in order to meet our customer’s requirement, we did big performance improvement. Because we are small company, so we do not have enough equipment to do enough tests for this change. Also, we just have one QA. We can imagine the tests QA did must be not enough. So far, QA said everything is OK. But as for me, I am just thinking there may be something wrong. Just my feeling and no evidence. How can I handle this situation? Should I tell my boss? But, my boss is the man who does not accept “I fell….”. If I tell boss my worry, my boss will ask me answers for questions like what is exact problem and how many hours(look, hours, not days) you need to fix it. But I cannot answer those questions. Or I say nothing. Just blame QA in case problem occurs? I don’t think it works.By the way, I am so tired working in small company. A lot of pressure and underpay. Thank you for your advice in advance.
